01 / A WORKING PARTNERSHIP

Your mission,
shared responsibility

I take the time to understand what your organization is trying to change, the people it serves and the constraints it faces, so that every funding decision, project document and working tool belongs to a coherent direction.

We begin with a defined assignment and an honest conversation about fit, then build continuity when the work proves useful to both of us. You bring your operational and technical knowledge; I bring a way to question, structure and develop it, with clear ownership of decisions and commitments.

02 / EXPERTISE & DELIVERABLES

The work before
the proposal

A strong application grows out of a project that can be explained, budgeted and delivered. I connect strategic advice with the detailed work of research, drafting, document preparation and coordination, across business innovation, digital transformation, education, community initiatives and industrial investment.

01

Funding strategy & opportunity assessment

I translate your objectives into funding needs and assess non-dilutive grant opportunities under relevant EU, national and regional funding programs. I screen the calls and examine applicant eligibility, eligible costs, co-funding requirements, evaluation criteria and timing. The decision takes account of the resources needed to prepare the application and the cash flow required to deliver the project.

Working outputs · Funding opportunity map, eligibility and compliance matrix, document gap analysis, go/no-go recommendation.

02

Project design & proposal development

I help define the problem, objectives, activities and expected results, then organize them into work packages, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and a realistic schedule. I draft project and technical narratives from source material and expert input, align the work plan with the budget, and prepare supporting documents for review and authorized submission.

Working outputs · Project concept, proposal narrative, work plan, Gantt schedule, budget justification, partner contribution briefs and draft letters of commitment where required.

03

Business planning & investment readiness

I connect the proposed solution with its customers or beneficiaries, value proposition, operating model and route to market. Business plans and financial models make investment assumptions explicit, including capital expenditure (CAPEX), operating costs (OPEX), working capital, break-even and funding needs, so that commercialization plans reflect a business the team can actually operate.

Working outputs · Business plan, commercialization roadmap, investment budget, cash flow projections, scenario and sensitivity analysis.

04

Research, partner coordination & delivery planning

I organize external research and internal information into a traceable evidence base, drawing on official sources, public datasets, market material and scientific literature when relevant. I turn stakeholder conversations into defined contributions, align partner roles and dependencies, and maintain a shared view of open questions, document versions and deadlines across concurrent workstreams.

Working outputs · Source register, evidence-to-claim map, stakeholder and partner map, responsibility matrix, contribution tracker, review calendar and risk register.

05

Applied AI, process design & practical training

I map tasks, data, roles and decision points before introducing AI into research, writing or organizational workflows. I develop prompts, document tools and assisted prototypes, test them against real working needs, and design training that helps people use the results with judgment, source checks and human review.

Working outputs · Process map, workflow prototype, prompt and document templates, verification checklist, learning plan, simulations and assessment tools.

03 / FROM FIRST QUESTION TO DELIVERY

A project we can
stand behind

At each stage, we agree on what needs to be resolved, who contributes and what a usable result looks like. Open a stage to see the work and the document it produces.

01Understand the mission and test the fit

We examine the need, the current stage of development, the applicant or organization, geography and deadlines. I identify assumptions, missing evidence and decisions that could change the scope.

Output
A scoping brief with priorities, constraints, information gaps and an agreed assignment.

02Design the project and its funding logic

We connect objectives to activities and expected outcomes, assess relevant funding conditions, and structure the work packages, partner roles, costs and delivery sequence.

Output
A project concept, eligibility matrix, draft work plan and budget with explicit cost assumptions.

03Build the evidence and develop the narrative

I combine research, interviews and internal documents into a consistent proposal, business plan or project dossier. Technical contributors validate scientific and engineering claims, partners review their commitments, and financial assumptions remain visible.

Output
A review draft with a source register, budget justification and a list of unresolved points.

04Coordinate review and prepare submission

We check the narrative against the criteria, reconcile names, dates, costs and attachments, and track approvals, signatures and portal requirements. Submission support includes checking the final package and, where included in the assignment, the submission receipt.

Output
A checked submission package, approval record and completion checklist.

05Support implementation and learn from the results

When the assignment continues into delivery, I help organize milestones, evidence collection, progress reviews and reporting. We use what happens in practice to refine the work, the tools and the next development decisions.

Output
A delivery and reporting plan, progress records and documented next steps.

04 / WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Technical detail,
with a purpose

These illustrative engagements show how I would structure the work. The specific program, applicant and technical requirements determine the final scope.

An innovation team preparing a funding proposal

We begin with the user need, the development stage and the evidence for the proposed improvement, then define a pilot, partner contributions, measurable outcomes and a route to market. The narrative explains why each activity is necessary and how the requested budget supports it.

An organization developing an educational or community initiative

We connect the needs assessment to learning or service objectives, specify who will participate and who will deliver each activity, and define how progress will be observed. The proposal links staffing, equipment and partner contributions to the intended outcomes.

05 / SELECTED WORK

Ideas developed,
assumptions tested

A selection of planning work and working prototypes shows how I connect evidence, decisions and practical use. Each example describes my contribution and its stage of development.

PLANNING MODEL · ANONYMIZED EXAMPLE

Industrial investment planning

Structuring an investment proposal around supplier quotations, equipment costs, operating assumptions and financing needs.

My contribution
Organized the industrial plan and financial assumptions, reconciled quotations with the investment budget, and connected capital expenditure, working capital and funding scenarios.
Concrete output
A 60-month cash flow framework with scenario analysis and debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR) calculations, separating documented inputs from assumptions still to be verified.
Stage
A planning and decision-support model; financing scenarios describe options to assess, rather than confirmed awards.
MontyPick prototype showing location comparison information

OPEN-DATA PROTOTYPE · MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA

MontyPick / LaunchLens

A prototype for comparing business locations through public data and explicit decision criteria.

My contribution
Defined the comparison criteria and organized public information into an explorable tool for an initial location assessment.
What it demonstrates
Research structuring, data interpretation and the translation of an analytical question into a usable prototype.

06 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

People choose people.
The work grows from there.

I'm Elda,
your working partner

I am an independent professional and the founder of AggregAzioneProgetti, based in Italy. My work brings together business and project design, public funding, strategic analysis, process organization, applied AI and professional training.

I am drawn to the point where an ambitious idea meets the conditions of real life: the information we have, the resources we can mobilize and the people who will carry the work forward. I enjoy finding connections across disciplines, giving structure to a complex question and developing language that helps a team make decisions.

I stay personally involved throughout the assignment, with direct conversation and shared responsibility. For me, the value of an enterprise is also in the dignity of the work it creates, the knowledge it makes available and the possibilities it opens for people's lives.

The thinking behind my method

The Sefer Yetzirah is a living symbolic and generative framework in my life, a way of recognizing order in complexity and connecting elements that appear distant. It shapes how I observe, create and turn language, thought and possibility into concrete action.

07 / WORKING ACROSS BORDERS

A clear role,
wherever your team works

I welcome project-based collaboration with international companies, nonprofits, research and innovation teams, and grant consulting firms that need strategic development, proposal support or a partner familiar with the Italian context.

Within your proposal team

I can contribute to a defined workstream, develop a project concept or narrative, structure a business plan, and coordinate inputs with your proposal lead, technical experts and administrative team. We agree on ownership, review stages and the final handoff.

With an Italian project or partner

I help interpret Italian calls and supporting documents, organize local project inputs and clarify the funding and operational questions to investigate. For public contracts, I can support tender preparation and MePA, Italy's electronic marketplace for public procurement, as a separate service from grant development.

A practical remote rhythm

We agree on time-zone overlap, response expectations, meeting cadence and document deadlines. Shared Google Workspace or Microsoft Office files, version control and a visible review calendar help keep contributions and decisions traceable, while confidential material stays within the agreed working environment.

08 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Bring the question,
begin with a brief

Choose your immediate need and stage to generate a short preparation checklist. It gives us a starting point for discussion; the assignment takes shape once we understand your project.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few questions,
answered clearly

Scope, responsibilities and working conditions should be clear before either of us makes a commitment.

Can we start before selecting a funding call?

Yes. We can begin with the project, business model or organizational need, then assess funding opportunities once the direction and resource requirements are clear.

Can you support a team outside Italy?

Yes, through an agreed remote assignment. For funding work, we first check the applicant's country, location of activities and the rules of the specific call, then define the contribution I can make and any specialist expertise the team needs.

Which sectors can we work on?

My work spans business innovation, digital and AI adoption, industrial investment, education and community initiatives. For a climate or other technically specialized project, I structure the proposal and evidence with your subject-matter experts, who validate the scientific and engineering content.

How do you handle fees and project outcomes?

We agree on scope, deliverables, timing and fees in writing. Where a success fee is appropriate and permitted under the applicable terms, the contract defines the outcome that triggers it and the responsibilities of each party. Funding decisions remain with the funder, and we agree in advance how an unsuccessful outcome affects the assignment.

How do you use AI in proposal work?

I use AI to support analysis, research organization, drafting and working tools, within the data-handling conditions agreed with the client. Sources, figures, eligibility requirements and technical claims receive human review, and the final text must reflect the team's evidence and decisions.
